Hi, I’m Brittyn!

I’m a Registered Dietitian & autism sibling.

I support families in expanding their child’s diet to help them get the nutrients they need to feel their best and thrive.

Up to 90% of autistic kids have sensory processing challenges - and almost NONE of the traditional picky eating tactics take that into account.

I have created a step-by-step process to help reduce overstimulation around mealtime, create positive experiences with foods, and help kids feel comfortable and confident expanding their diet.

Over the past decade, I have supported thousands of families in successfully and sustainably expanding their child’s diet to help their kids get the nutrients they need to feel good & live their best life. I would love to teach you these strategies so you can start getting more variety into your child’s diet and enjoy mealtime again.
