Frozen Watermelon Popsicles

Ingredients

  • ½ Seedless Watermelon (medium)

  • 12 Popsicle Sticks

Directions

  1. Slice the watermelon into one-inch thick triangles and insert a popsicle stick into the middle of the rind on each one.

  2. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least three hours or until completely frozen. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Leftovers: Freeze in a sealable bag or container for up to one month.

  • Serving Size: One serving is equal to approximately two popsicles.

  • More Flavor: Before freezing, coat in shredded coconut, hemp seeds, or melted chocolate.
