Frozen Watermelon Popsicles
Ingredients
½ Seedless Watermelon (medium)
12 Popsicle Sticks
Directions
Slice the watermelon into one-inch thick triangles and insert a popsicle stick into the middle of the rind on each one.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least three hours or until completely frozen. Enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers: Freeze in a sealable bag or container for up to one month.
Serving Size: One serving is equal to approximately two popsicles.
More Flavor: Before freezing, coat in shredded coconut, hemp seeds, or melted chocolate.
