Tuna Salad, Apple, and Almond Snack Box

Ingredients

  • 1 can Tuna (drained)

  • 2 tbsps Mayonnaise

  • 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard

  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)

  • 1 oz Seed Crackers

  • 1 Apple (medium, cored, sliced)

  • 2 tbsps Almonds

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the tuna with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  2. Divide the tuna salad and the remaining ingredients evenly between plates or containers with separate compartments. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Leftovers: Refrigerate the tuna salad in an airtight container for up to three days. The apple and crackers are best added when ready to serve.

  • Serving Size: One serving is one snack box.

  • Canned Tuna: One can of tuna is equal to 165 grams or 5.8 ounces, drained.
