Blueberry Pomegranate Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Blueberries

  • 1/3 cup Pomegranate Juice (unsweetened)

  • 1 1/2 tsps Maple Syrup, Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)

  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Add the blueberries, pomegranate juice, maple syrup, salt, and pepper to a blender and blend for 30 seconds.

  2. While the blender is running, gradually add the olive oil and blend until smooth. Pour the dressing into a jar and enjoy!

Notes

  • Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to five days. Shake well before using.

  • Serving Size: One serving equals two tablespoons.

  • More Flavor: Add a pinch of garlic powder.

  • Adjusting Sweetness: Depending on the sweetness of the blueberries, modify the amount of maple syrup for a more balanced flavor.
