Blueberry Pomegranate Dressing
Ingredients
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/3 cup Pomegranate Juice (unsweetened)
1 1/2 tsps Maple Syrup, Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Add the blueberries, pomegranate juice, maple syrup, salt, and pepper to a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
While the blender is running, gradually add the olive oil and blend until smooth. Pour the dressing into a jar and enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to five days. Shake well before using.
Serving Size: One serving equals two tablespoons.
More Flavor: Add a pinch of garlic powder.
Adjusting Sweetness: Depending on the sweetness of the blueberries, modify the amount of maple syrup for a more balanced flavor.
