Dairy-Free Steak Caesar Wraps

Ingredients

  • 10 ozs Top Sirloin Steak

  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)

  • 2 tsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 heads Romaine Hearts (chopped)

  • 3 tbsps Vegan Caesar Dressing

  • 2 Brown Rice Tortillas

Directions

  1. Heat a cast-iron pan over high heat. Meanwhile, season the steak with salt and pepper.

  2. Once the pan is hot, add the oil. Place the steak in the pan and cook for five to six minutes per side or until cooked to your liking. Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for five minutes before slicing it into small pieces.

  3. While the steak is resting, combine the lettuce and dressing in a bowl. Toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper if needed.

  4. Add the steak pieces to the salad and toss to combine. Divide the steak salad evenly onto the wraps. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Leftovers: Best enjoyed fresh.

  • Serving Size: One serving is one wrap.

  • Additional Toppings: Chopped onion and tomatoes.
